The most common Denver facelift surgery is carried out through an incision beginning at the hairline to the front of the temporal area. With the utmost care, skin and fatty tissue are lifted from the core muscle and connective tissue as far frontward as is needed to right the extra skin problem. The lesion is then closed with skin staples and sutures; in a somewhat Frankenstein fashion. To secure a healthy healing, bandages are applied. However, facelift surgery is meant to beautify not create monsters, even though “monster” is the term used for a number of facelift surgery results.
